The Practice nursing team are highly skilled to assist the GPs in attending to the needs of our patients. We have many nurses who perform a variety of tasks, and the Receptionist may ask a few questions to determine you are seen by the most appropriate clinician.

Administrative Staff
The administrative team give essential support to the clinicians to enable the Practice to run smoothly and to ensure our patients receive the best possible care at all times. The admin team provides the link between patients and clinicians, making sure all information is accurate, up to date and available when needed. This is not always an easy task and is one which benefits from a degree of understanding at times. Your tolerance is appreciated.

Reception staff attend to patients on the phone and in person. They coordinate and organise appointments and documentation to facilitate the smooth running of the Practice, and support delivery of quality patient care. The Reception Staff have a very demanding role. They are there to assist you and we would ask you to be patient during peak times, when the staff have to handle a large volume of calls and enquiries. They will ask you a small amount of personal information about your medical condition – this information is used to ensure your call is dealt with by the correct Clinician and assist fellow Healthcare Professionals who work within the Practice to manage your healthcare and well-being.
